GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning the artist, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason.
The artist retains exclusive rights over the artwork. The commissioned piece is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
Completion time is estimated between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
The client will receive periodic updates throughout the process.
Payments are accepted in USD and PHP via Wise, Ko-fi, GCash, or Paypal.
A full refund will not be approved once the sketch is finalized and approved by the client.
After the final artwork is delivered, the client may request one free non-complex revision. Additional revisions may incur fees.
The final artwork will be delivered via email upon full payment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What file format will I receive?

Clients typically receive PNG and PDF files unless they request a different format. Each commission includes three copies: a watermarked version, a non-watermarked version, and a transparent PNG.

Can I use the art for merch or giveaways?

Merchandise and redistribution are considered commercial use. If the client does not profit from the artwork, commercial rights are charged at 50%. If the client intends to make a profit, generally, full commercial rights (100%) are required.

Do you do rush commissions?

Yes, but availability depends on the artist’s workload and the complexity of the order. Rush fees vary based on the required turnaround time.

Can I request something outside of your usual style?

Feel free to ask! If it's something I can do, I’ll let you know. If not, I’ll recommend other artists who might be a better fit.
